Can I buy flavored vapes near Utah at Juicity Vapor?
Yes. Utah law prohibits the sale of most flavored e-cigarette products (menthol and tobacco flavor are exempt), so Utah residents looking for flavored vapes need to go outside the state. Juicity Vapor's Evanston, Wyoming store sits just over the border on I-80 and regularly serves customers from Salt Lake City, Ogden, Park City, Heber City, Logan, and surrounding northern Utah communities.
Why did Utah ban flavored vapes?
In 2025, Utah passed SB61, banning most flavored e-cigarette products under Utah Code § 76-10-113(2), effective January 1, 2025 (menthol and tobacco flavor remain legal). The law also requires FDA product authorization, caps nicotine at 4% by weight, and requires retailer licensing. A federal judge upheld the ban in March 2025, striking down only a warrantless-inspection provision. State officials have framed the law as youth-access and public-health focused; specialty vape shop owners have disputed that framing, pointing to enforcement data showing specialty shops fail underage-sale checks at a lower rate than general retail.

Yes. We craft e-liquid in-house under our Sexy Smoke label, with 50+ existing flavors and virtually limitless custom combinations you can build with our staff. Custom mixing is available at every store except Butte, which is too small for the required clean room.
Do you carry zero-nicotine (0%) vapes and e-liquid?
Yes. Every Juicity Vapor store carries zero-nicotine disposables and e-liquid, so you can enjoy the flavor and the experience without any nicotine.
What if you don't have what I'm looking for?
If we don't have something in stock, we can special-order it for you at any of our five stores — just ask our staff.
Do you sell CBD?
Our Idaho and Wyoming stores — Pocatello, Idaho Falls, and Evanston — carry CBD from brands including Koi, RA Royal, JustCBD, Green Roads, and Jolly. Our Montana stores (Billings and Butte) do not carry CBD.
Do you sell kratom, nicotine pouches, or alternative edibles?
Yes — we carry kratom, nicotine pouches, and alternative edibles, including mushroom products, and we strictly follow all applicable laws on these products. We do not sell 7-OH or cigarettes.
